(C)小学高年组- 4, 5, 6年级- 绘画 （绘画- 必须使用水彩）

比赛规则：
(A) 每名参赛者则可在现场领取奖状一张。
(B) 幼稚园和小学低年组参赛者以蜡笔或颜色笔作画，小学高年组则以水彩作画。 (C) 主办当局只提供画纸，其余色料，用具及桌椅皆需自备。
(D) 所有参赛作品必须在主办当局设下的比赛时间，即两小时内完成并呈上。 (E) 参赛作品必须为学生现场创作，家长指导或借助其他方式完成之作品将不获接受。 (F) 家长不被充许进入比赛场地范围以示公平。
(G) 评审团的评审即为最后的决定，任何询问怒不受理。
(H) 所有作品归主办当局所拥有，怒不归还。主办当局有权使用参赛作品作为宣传或其他用途。
(I) 本简章如有未尽善处，主办当局有权增删之。

Rules & Regulations:
(A) Each participant will receive a certificate for participation.
(B) Preschool & Primary school participants(Std 1-3) are required to use crayons & coloured pencils only. Primary school participants(Std 4-6) are to use water colours.
(C) The organizers will only provide drawing paper. Any others art utencils including tables or drawing boards must be brought by the participants themselves.
(D) All art pieces must be completed by the allocated time of 2 hours. There will be no exceptions.
(E) All art work must be done on site & outsiders(including parents) are not allowed to give guidance in any way.
(F) Parents are strictly barred from entering the contest areas while the contest is being held.
(G) Judges decisions are final. No exceptions will be entertained.
(H) All art pieces completed during the competition will be considered properties of the organizers & may be used for promotions & other uses
(I) The organizers reserve the right to change or add to these terms & conditions based on their fair discretion.
